Preparations for the speaker on cellphone:

1. Ask and set wifi+password.
2. Download the Microsoft Translator app, if you don't have it already
3. Launch Translator App (icon with 2 people)
4. Click Start.
5. Enter your name – use LCA here because of multiple speakers.
6. Select Dutch as the language.
7. Click Enter.
8. Write down the conversation code for those present (5 letters).
9. Click Enter.
10. Click on the three dots at the top right.
11. Check Presenter mode.
12. Check Mute all.
13. Click on the left arrow at the top left.
14. Click on the microphone icon of the cellphone.
15. Place the cellphone next to a speaker.
16. Make the WiFi name and password known and the 5 letter conversation code.

Translation via cellphones of audience
(website variant):

1. Connect to the wifi and password.
2. Surf to translate.it, if available. If not, use the App.
3. Enter the 5-letter conversation code.
4. Enter your name and preferred language.
5. Tap on Join conversation.

Translation via cellphones from audience:
(App variant)

1. Connect to the wifi and password.
2. Download Microsoft Translator App , if you don't have it already.
3. Start the App.
4. Tap the icon with 2 people.
5. Enter the 5-letter conversation code
6. Tap Join.
7. Enter your name and preferred language
8. Tap Join conversation.

Translation via the projector (on the laptop):

1. Go to translator.microsoft.com .

2. Enter the conversation code (5 letters).

3. Enter your name.

4. Select Spanish as the language.

5. Click Join Conversation.
